Welcome to Wellbeing@Work; team building activities are a proven way to enhance employee wellness by improving communication, collaboration, engagement, stress management and trust.
Rachael will work with you to design bespoke art workshops based around the theme of your choice which will foster positive wellbeing and team building for your staff team.
There is also a café and restaurant at Weston Park for refreshments.

Craft Workshops for Adults
Welcome to Art Together, paper and mixed media creative craft workshops
Inspired by the flora at Weston Park
Immerse yourself in therapeutic and creative workshops in a beautiful and tranquil artist studio at Weston Park. You will make one beautiful paper/mixed media flower and one foliage in each workshop using the highest quality Italian and Chinese papers.
Venue: Arts and Minds Therapeutic Centre, Weston Park, TF11 8LE
Date/Time: Sundays 1-3pm (starting Sunday 19th May)
Cost: £20 per person for which includes tuition, resources, materials and refreshments.
Art Together Workshops can also be delivered during the week or weekends at a different venue for Adult Community Groups, £8 per person which includes 1hr tuition, resources, materials.

Welcome to Art@Heart, Rachael is a qualified and highly experienced Art Teacher and Artist
